Rent rooms and do good at the same time: The net proceeds from rentals are used entirely (!) to finance our charitable activities. “EmMi LuebesKind” is a non-profit organization that cares for children, teenagers and young adults who did not (or could not) grow up with their biological parents - and therefore (had to) live in children's homes and/or foster families. We are involved in both operational and promotional activities, i.e. on the one hand we carry out our own projects and on the other we support the work of like-minded people (www.stiftung-emmi-luebeskind.de).
By renting out rooms to third parties, we generate income that we use entirely for our charitable work. In this way, renting out a room fulfills two good purposes at once: rooms and mediation.
